Margot Cooper (an experienced floral lecturer and demonstrator from the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (NAFAS)) led us through a really enjoyable afternoon workshop. Nearly all the flowers we used were cut straight from the garden that morning. Margot showed us how to make flower 'bags' and hand tied bunches.
