An interesting experiment - these were marketed as 'late potatoes' for planting in late summer, much much later than usual for early or maincrop spuds. The came up very strongly and we harvested them a little early as they were showing signs of blight which we didn't want to spread - theoretically it's a way to get new potatoes at Christmas though...
