This is a very popular vegetable in Eastern Europe. I like to eat it raw (it needs to be peeled) or chop it into thick winter vegetable soup.

I'd never tasted Kohl Rabi before I got involved with Abbey gardens. Dasha gave me some to try. Lovely texture!
