Rainbow Chard sown by Nina

Chard (Leaf Beet) "Rainbow" (Beta vulgaris)

Vegetable - Edible?: Edible

Chiltern Seeds say: "This must be one of the most ornamental of really useful vegetables; flower arrangers could well make as much use of it as any cook. It is a beautiful mixture of Rhubarb Chards with individual plants producing succulent stems in shades of red, orange, yellow, cream and white. Colourful in the border, easy to grow, and tender and tasty in the kitchen."
